How to apply:
Apply every evening to clean skin of the face and neck. Use 2× a week for the first two weeks, every other evening for the next two weeks, and then every evening thereafter.
Allow to absorb and then apply a moisturizer, ideally Medik8 Advanced Night Restore, which is intended to be used after vitamin A.
During the use of vitamin A products, use sunscreen at the same time.

Medik8 products with retinaldehyde are made in 4 different strengths. For beginners, we recommend starting with Crystal Retinal 1 (0.01%), then working through Crystal Retinal 3 (0.03% retinal) to Crystal Retinal 20 (0.2%), which is only available on expert advice.
