Dosage and method of use
1 capsule per day at any time of the day. Take at least 2 months.

Composition
Crystalline fish collagen (type I) 16 mg
Carrier (soybean oil, beeswax), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, purified water), sodium L-ascorbate, fish collagen, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), dye (titanium dioxide, sodium-copper chlorophyll).
